I have an unfinished basement with a concrete floor that measures 36′ X 24′. I removed all the old vinyl tile, and I’m left with adhesive residue. There’s also a small area where the concrete needs to be ground down and patched. I have neither the time nor the desire to do all the work to prepare the floor for epoxy paint. How much would a handyman charge for this in the suburban Detroit area? How long would it take? What all needs to be done?

ProSand recently completed another beautiful kitchen tile backsplash in Indiana. The customer wanted her old ceramic tile removed and new tumbled marble tile installed in its place. The new tile greatly enhanced the appearance of the kitchen. This updated kitchen tile backsplash complimented the existing counter tops and paint schemes. (317) 220-6944
