My kitchen is about 10×10 and i live in Oregon. What would be a good bid for labor to install the following from a license contractor?
-remove and install new cabinets, back-splash, counter-top, sink, and built in microwave hood. Open up the bearing wall that separate the living room (picture window) and put in breakfast nook around there. Not doing any new plumbing, electrical or moving anything major. Thanks for your input.

Ok now that we’ve got the tank bolted to the bowl we’re gonna put the front of it on the flange which is already good and ready to go. I put this paper towel in there to help with the sewer gas and also so we don’t drop anything down the hole. The supply line is roughed in. It’s a quarter turn shut off valve 90 degree half inch copper pipe and this is a 3/8′s fitting here. The first thing we are going to do is take the wax ring, it comes with bolts. I’ll take the paper towel out. These are made so you don’t have to get your hands on the wax. Pull the plastic off and set it with the gasket down in the hole right in the center of the flange. Then we take our bolts which come with these plastic retaining washers so they are odd shaped to fit into the flange so you can put them in one way and turn them they lock so you don’t have to get to the bottom on them once the toilet is on. We will push the plastic retainer down which will hold the bolts in place so when we set the toilet they will come up through. Normally if this was a standard toilet we would keep the bolts parallel with the wall. This is

Today, the use of EPS (expanded polystyrene) products allows limitless options and custom solutions to enhance the aesthetic and creative appeal of new buildings and restorations in both residential and commercial applications. EPS is what is commonly known as Styrofoam, but this is actually a trademarked term by Dow Chemical, EPS is the generic term. If you would prefer to hire a Bathroom Remodel Expert, give him a call at 972-998-8544. Enjoy! Good Morning, I’m Randy with R Squared Renovations. We have a small bathroom remodel here that we’ve completely redone taken it down to bare studs. We’ve put new shower valves in a new vanity and a new corner toilet that we’ve retiled. Today I’d like to show you the steps that it takes to set a toilet now that we’ve all the rough end work finished and we’re ready to go. The first thing we’re going to do is put the tank on the bowl of the toilet. This is a unique toilet because it goes in the corner so the tank is shaped at an angle to fit in the corner. This is dual flush mode so you can conserve water its got a small button when you just need a little bit of water to flush or a large button for when you need a full tank. There’s a rubber o ring gasket that seals the tank to the bowl. Doesn’t need any lubrication. The supply plastic bolts and nuts. They have a rubber cushion on the top that goes inside the tank so the water doesn’t come out. We’ll take this and set it, make sure you don’t crease the rubber gasket at all get it situated on there how it belongs. Take the plastic bolts and

On September 7 2009 we made family history by running a 650 Watt 2 stroke electric generator on kitchen-garbage-produced-methane on our porch in Germany. The procedure turned out to be pathetically simple, calling into question why we have fight wars for foreign oil, risked our children’s futures with climate change and nuclear proliferation and the poisoning of our air, land and water when we can turn our “garbage” into clean burning fuel. The engine was converted using a $189 type A carburetor kit from www.propane-generators.com in a couple of hours on a Saturday. We are not mechanics or engineers and it was easy. The work consisted of removing the bowl float and drilling out the carburetor with a hand drill and stopping up all vents and holes. The only unresolved issues are how to lubricate this two-stroke engine (our 4 stroke kit won’t ‘t have those problems) and the best way to increase the pressure of the biogas. All are fairly trivial problems. The point is you CAN generate home power using your kitchen garbage and eliminate waste and filth and pollution and greenhouse gases.
