This is me playing career-mode in Fight Night Round 3 for the PS3. My character is called “Tiger” and I am defending my Welterweight Championship against “Handyman” (so lame… -_-’). As you can see my first round was kind of messy and definitely wasn’t my best round. Round 2 was a lot better, lots of good combo’s, counter attacking, some fatty haymakers and even landing a knockdown too. In round 3 I tried to finish him off and I did, but because of the 10 minute restriction of youtube, I wasn’t able to capture it. Damn it youtube, just 10 seconds more was enough! :’( Anyways, this is basicly a test video. After buying some new AV cables and other accessoires, I finally have a much better quality image then I had before. There used to be a lot of weird horizontal “scan” lines in the image and after a lot of testing I found out that my y splitters were the cause of it. So I had to buy new ones of high quality. Whooo! This looks much better and cleaner now. Enjoy and expect a new video soon!

Part of an entire home renovation. This client was looking for a major improvement in the lower level of this tri-level home. It had a very outdated look with wood paneling and old linoleum tile flooring. There was a large unfinished storage room that had accumulated a few decades of items. They also had a bathroom that the husband used but the ceiling was barely more than 6 feet with the wasteful drop ceiling. We opened up some walls and greatly improved the useful space and style of this area. In the end the bathroom was more open and functional and they got a wonderful entertainment center with built-in shelving as well as an oversized closet to store the items the really needed to have available.
