The homeowner planned on doing a major renovation of the entire home. Of highest priority was their main bathroom for the three bedrooms. Not only was it dated but there was some water damage by the toilet and evidence of a weakened subfloor. The new bathroom had an entire Kohler suite of fixtures as well as in-wall medicine cabinetry and ceramic tile.
